Ananda Muylaert is a Portuguese-Brazilian, Brussels-based creative copywriter, artist, and researcher.
With more than 10 years of experience in writing (copywriting, creative and technical) and 6 years inside the iGaming industry, she's dynamic and well-versed in many of the different aspects of copy: all kinds of social media, UI/UX writing, long-form and blogs, mail marketing, internal mails, etc.
In addition, Muylaert has a long experience in translation and localization - she has lived in 4 different countries and is fluent in English, French, and Portuguese, with additional knowledge of Spanish and Dutch, she has done extensive multilingual work for websites and mobile apps, working with different markets. Her specialties are Brazil, France, the United States, and Canada (French and English-speaking).
When it comes to her artistic work, it all aims to remind us that the Homo sapiens sapiens is simply an animal like any other. We are just the most domesticated ones. Her paintings, installations and assemblages, show an infatuation with organic textures (inside and outside the flesh), and with the relation of the urban Self with the world around it through the transgressions and desertions of our domestication: violence, pharmacology, pain, death, sex, and love.
